A well written and timely reminder, that doing the same things over is not going to produce different results. I wonder how much of this is a direct result of (what I perceive) to be a very much proprietor/owner/prima donna model of running media houses (not unlike most Indian ad or PR agencies) that stifles innovation? There seem to be a sizeable slew of darn good ol' journalists who aren't up to speed on the new (& interactive) media and young 'uns who are social media savvy but reasonably low on the totem pole and their best work yet ahead of them. livemint.com seems to be a good mix looking to their print and online properties but the exception may prove the rule you make!
